Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
CHANGE OF MIND REFUNDS: will not be available to customers for the foreseeable future. This includes and is not limited to cancelled events and the impact on your order.
Boutique Cake Art encourages customers to secure there orders as close to their event dates as possible.
CHANGES TO ORDERS: We can make changes to the design, flavours, size and delivery of your order 5 business days out from your event. All payments made on cakes are final and are non-refundable. We can offer credits if your cake has to be reduced in size or postponed, but remaining funds will not be processed back in the way of a refund.
Orders that are closer than the 5 business days notice may not be able to be changed or postponed as we may have started the process of baking or decorating your cake. Please do note we order in produce for your cakes weeks in advance and some elements of your decorations started days out from your collection day. We will try our best to accommodate your request but in some occasion we will have to proceed with your order despite your event being cancelled.
