Why are my cakes always wonky? Why do they move on the board during transit? How do I patch ice gaps when my cake is stacked? Just to name a few.
During this class Christina will also share what tools she swears by and packing techniques she uses when delivering multiple tiered cakes. It’s a real GAME CHANGER!
