Christina Blaby from @BoutiqueCakeArt shares her knowledge and skills in this workshop answering all of the questions you may have around the topic. What boards and dowels do you use? How do you secure your cake to the base board? What buttercream do you use for both fillings and decoration? Just to name a few.
From beginner to advance this workshop is an allrounder. Christina begins with the basics of how a cake should be structured for stability. She then moves onto more intermediate/ advanced decorating skills of applying edible wallpaper and applying golf leaf and floristy.
There are also some SUPER SECRET tips on where she sources her edible designs from. Shhh.. Don’t tell anyone!
